The direct answer

The Nameless Captive is the Prisoner’s Domain gate boss. Continue beyond the Executioner’s Pulpit Beacon to the end of the route, then take Captive’s Scabstone when the fight ends.

Before entering the arena

  • Open the Prisoner’s Domain gate in Fainweald.
  • Use the Executioner’s Pulpit Beacon as the last stable stop before the arena.
  • Bring a Shell you can parry with if you want the parry-focused trophy later in the fight.

How to beat the Nameless Captive

  1. Read the giant soldier. This is a larger soldier with a blade through the head. Treat the blade swing as the main threat, not a small add.
  2. Parry the strings you can see. Several attacks in this fight are built for parries. Complete a string before you extend your own combo.
  3. Respect the later phase. One later string must be fully parried if you want the Peter’s Perfect Parry trophy. If you only need the kill, still wait for the recovery before punishing.
  4. Take Captive’s Scabstone. The route is finished when that pickup is registered.

What do you get?
